1. Introduction
MyMembers.io is operated by MyMembers AS, a company registered in Norway with organization number 936993826. This policy sets out what MyMembers.io may and may not be used for. It is part of our Terms of Service.
- It applies to creators: to your sales pages, to what you sell, and to the channels and groups you connect.
- The rules on misuse of the site in section 4 apply to everyone who uses MyMembers.io.
- You are responsible for your content and your channels. We do not create, pre-screen or endorse what creators sell.
2. Content you may not sell or promote
- Illegal content or activity: anything that breaks the law where you are based or where your subscribers are.
- Content you do not have the rights to: other people's paid, leaked or pirated content, or anything else that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Intimate images or recordings of any person shared without that person's consent, and any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Violence and hatred: content that promotes or incites violence, hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar characteristic.
- Harassment and privacy violations: content that threatens, harasses or defames others, or exposes their private information.
- Self-harm: content that encourages or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
- Restricted businesses: anything your payment provider does not allow, including Stripe's restricted businesses.
3. How you sell
- Be honest. Do not make false or misleading claims about what subscribers get. Do not promise guaranteed profits or winnings, and do not publish invented results or reviews.
- Be yourself. Do not impersonate another person, brand or business. Sell under your own name, and keep your seller name and contact email correct.
- Follow the rules for your field. If you sell betting tips, trading signals or similar, you are responsible for any licence, disclaimer or marketing rule that applies in the countries you sell to.
- Age-restrict where needed. Mark your page as age-restricted if what you sell is meant for adults only, such as betting content.
- Deliver what you sell. Give subscribers the access they paid for, answer them, and handle refunds and disputes fairly.
- No spam. Only contact people where the law allows it: your own subscribers about your own offers, or people who have consented. Always honour an opt-out.
4. Misuse of the site
No one may use MyMembers.io to:
- commit fraud, or use stolen payment details or accounts;
- distribute malware, or try to break, probe or overload the site or its security;
- access another person's account, or share or resell access that is personal to one subscriber;
- get around payment, access controls or free-trial limits set by a creator.
5. Reporting a problem
- If you believe a page or channel breaks this policy, write to support@mymembers.io with a link to the page and a description of the problem.
- If your own content or image is being sold without your permission, tell us what it is and where it appears, and how we can confirm that it is yours.
- We review every report and reply to the person who sent it.
6. What we do about violations
- Creators' content is published in their own channels on services such as Telegram, where we cannot see it. We act on reports and on what is visible on sales pages; we do not routinely monitor channels.
- When we find a violation we may ask you to fix it, disable a page, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is.
- Serious violations, such as content involving minors or intimate content shared without consent, lead to immediate closure.
- We may report illegal content or activity to the authorities and to your payment provider.
- Closing an account does not release you from fees already owed or from your obligations to your subscribers.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will tell creators about material changes by email or in the Service before they take effect.
