Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
MyMembers ("the Platform") is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for creators and their subscribers. To ensure this, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") which sets out the rules and guidelines for acceptable behavior on the Platform. By using MyMembers, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use MyMembers to:
- Illegal Activities - Engage in any activity that violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Harmful or Dangerous Content - Post or distribute content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violence and Hatred - Promote or incite violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Nudity and Sexual Content - Distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Self-Harm - Encourage or glorify self-harm, suicide, or any other activity that could result in harm to oneself or others.
- Fraudulent Activities - Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including impersonation of another person or entity.
- Malware and Hacking - Distribute malware, spyware, or engage in activities aimed at hacking or compromising the security of the Platform or its users.
- Spam - Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in excessive self-promotion.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
- Detection and Reporting - MyMembers utilizes programmatic detection methods (audio transcription, image/video recognition, text scraping) and third-party solutions to detect violating content. Users are encouraged to report any content they believe violates this Policy through our reporting tools.
- Content Removal and Account Actions - MyMembers reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or termination.
User Responsibilities
- Account Security - Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and should use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Content Ownership - Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant MyMembers a license to use, distribute, and display this content on the Platform.
- Compliance - Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of MyMembers.
Monitoring and Compliance
MyMembers regularly monitors activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with this Policy. We may also engage with third-party services to assist in the detection and removal of violating content.
Changes to the Policy
MyMembers reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the Platform and will become effective immediately upon posting.
