Terms of sale

These are the terms of TCCB (the "Seller") for TCCB. By buying you enter into an agreement with the Seller on these terms.

Who you buy from

You buy from the Seller. The Seller decides what is offered and at what price, provides the content, and is responsible for it.

MyMembers.io supplies the software the Seller uses to run this page and to manage access. MyMembers.io is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase.

You pay the price shown on the page for the plan you choose.
Payment is taken by the Seller through the Seller's own payment provider, and the Seller appears on your receipt.
Subscriptions renew at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel.
One-time purchases are paid once and do not renew.
Any free trial or discount is offered by the Seller and applies as shown at checkout.
The Seller is responsible for any VAT or other sales tax on your purchase. The price you see is the total you pay.

A subscription gives you access to the Seller's private channel or group for as long as it is paid, and access ends when the subscription ends.
A one-time purchase gives you access for the period described on the page.
Access is personal to you.

There is no minimum term.
You can cancel at any time from your orders or by contacting the Seller.
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refund requests are handled and decided by the Seller.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

If the Seller changes the price or these terms, the change applies from your next renewal at the earliest, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

The Seller decides how your data is used for your purchase. MyMembers.io handles it on the Seller's behalf, as described in the MyMembers.io Privacy Policy.
You will receive emails about your purchase and access. The Seller may also email you about its own similar offers, including after you cancel. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
