Commission on each sale
The platform fee is a percentage of the revenue you make through MyMembers. It is invoiced once a month for the previous month, with every charge itemised. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT.
Monthly fee and setup
It is free to start and there is no monthly fee. The rate does not go up as your member count grows. If you sell nothing in a month, there is no commission.
Charged separately by Stripe
Payments go to your own Stripe account. They never pass through MyMembers and we never hold your funds. Stripe charges its own processing fees on that account. Those are not part of the 5% and are not included in the examples below.

Smart Recovery: 20% of recovered revenue.
Smart Recovery tries to win back subscribers who cancel or fail to renew, by sending automated messages and offers in your name.
- The fee. You pay only when a subscriber is recovered: 20% of the recovered subscription revenue. It appears on your monthly invoice as "Smart Recovery Service" with the number of recovered subscriptions.
- On by default. Smart Recovery is switched on for new pages. You can turn it off at any time in your page settings. Turning it off stops new campaigns. It does not change the fee for subscriptions already recovered.
- Your limits. You set the maximum discount and how long it lasts.
- No guarantee. Results vary with your audience and offer. We do not promise any recovery rate or revenue.
