How to log in to MyMembers as a member
Short answer
Go to https://mymembers.io/signin and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. An account was created for that email when you paid, so you do not need to sign up first and you do not have a password.
Sign in
- Go to https://mymembers.io/signin.
- Enter the same email address you used at checkout.
- Complete the email verification step you are sent.
- Open "My Orders" from the menu. Your subscriptions and Telegram join links are listed there.
If you paid with Apple Pay
Your account email is the one registered to your Apple ID or iCloud account. It can be different from the email you normally use.
If you do not know which email you used
Your account email is the one used at checkout. Check the inbox where you received your payment receipt or the MyMembers welcome email.
If you still cannot find it, contact the creator and ask them to look up your purchase, or message member support on Telegram with a payment receipt.
If you signed up as a creator by mistake
You do not need to switch or create a new account. The same MyMembers account works for both buying and selling. Ignore the creator setup steps. Your purchases appear under "My Orders" in the side menu when you are signed in with the email you paid with.
Log out
Click your profile picture at the bottom of the side menu and choose sign out.
