How to change your email or delete your account

Short answer

Members cannot change their account email themselves. Ask the creator of the page you subscribed to: they use "Update Email" on your member page. To delete your account, cancel any active subscriptions and then email support@mymembers.io from your account email.

Change the email on your subscription

  1. Contact the creator of the page you subscribed to. Their email is at the bottom of their MyMembers page.
  2. Tell them the email you paid with and the email you want to use.
  3. The creator opens Subscribers > Members, clicks your name and uses "Update Email".
  4. Sign in with the new email.

This is also how you move a subscription to another email, for example when you paid with Apple Pay and the purchase ended up under your Apple ID email.

Move to another Telegram account

Ask the creator to click "Generate new link" on your member page and send you the link. Open it and request to join with the new Telegram account.

Delete your account and data

There is no self-service delete button.

  1. Cancel any active subscriptions under "My Orders".
  2. Email support@mymembers.io from your account email, or message member support on Telegram.
  3. Ask for your account and data to be deleted.
