Telegram join link expired or request not approved
Short answer
Each join link is personal, can be used once with one Telegram account, and expires after 30 days. To get a fresh link, sign in at mymembers.io, open "My Orders" and use "Join Now".
Fix a link that does not work
- Request to join with the same Telegram account every time. If the link was first used from another Telegram account, requests from a second account are not approved.
- Get a fresh link: sign in at mymembers.io, open "My Orders" and use "Join Now".
- If "My Orders" shows the channel as "Active" with no link, the system has you down as already joined. Ask the creator to click "Generate new link" on your member page and send it to you.
Removed from the channel but still paying
Check "My Orders" to confirm the subscription is still active. If it is active and the channel shows "Join Now", use that link to rejoin. If it shows "Active" with no link, ask the creator to click "Generate new link" on your member page.
If the subscription is no longer listed, it has ended, for example after a failed payment, and you need to subscribe again on the creator's page.
Join with a different Telegram account
A link is tied to the first Telegram account that uses it. To switch account, ask the creator to click "Generate new link" and join with the new Telegram account.
If that does not work
The creator's contact email is at the bottom of their MyMembers page. If the creator does not respond, message member support on Telegram.
