Short answer
Members message the support team on Telegram at https://t.me/mymemberssupportbot. Creators message creator support on Telegram at https://t.me/mymemberscreatorsupport. You can also email support@mymembers.io.
If you are a member
Message https://t.me/mymemberssupportbot and describe the issue. Include the email you paid with and the name of the creator's page. For anything about a payment, attach your receipt.
If you are a creator
Message creator support at https://t.me/mymemberscreatorsupport and include your page name.
If something on the site is not working
- Refresh the page and try once more.
- If the error comes back, for example "Internal Server Error", it needs to be looked at by the team.
- Message support with what you were doing, the page name, your account email and a screenshot.
Questions that go to the creator instead
Questions about the content of a channel, and refund requests, go to the creator who runs the channel. The creator is the seller. Their contact email is at the bottom of their MyMembers page. If the creator does not respond, message member support.
Things you can do yourself
Cancelling a subscription, changing your card and getting your Telegram join links are all done under "My Orders" when you are signed in with the email you paid with.
