What is MyMembers, and who runs the channel?
Short answer
MyMembers is the platform creators use to sell access to their Telegram channels and groups. Each channel is run by an independent creator, who is the seller and the only one who can answer questions about what the channel contains.
What MyMembers does
A creator connects a Telegram channel or group to a MyMembers page and sets a price. When you subscribe, you pay the creator directly through the creator's own Stripe account, and MyMembers manages your access: it gives you a personal join link and removes you from the channel when the subscription ends.
MyMembers does not create or post the content, and cannot recommend a channel.
Questions about what a channel includes
What a channel includes, how often the creator posts, results, free content and promised offers can only be answered by the creator who runs it. MyMembers support does not have that information.
How to contact the creator
- Open the creator's MyMembers page and scroll to the bottom. Their contact email is shown there ("You can contact the seller at ...").
- Or reply to the welcome email you received after paying. The reply goes to the creator.
MyMembers has no in-app chat with creators. If the creator does not respond, message member support on Telegram.
Who the seller is
The creator is the seller. The subscription is an agreement between you and the creator, under the terms of sale shown on the creator's page, which you agree to when you buy. Refunds are decided and issued by the creator.
What MyMembers support can help with
Signing in, finding a subscription, join links that do not work, cancelling, and cases where a creator does not respond.
