How to create pricing plans and tiers

1. 1Open "My Pages" > "Manage" > "Pricing" tab and click "Add New Pricing Tier".
2. 2Set a plan name (optional, up to 20 characters) and the price.
3. 3Set the period: every 1 to 10 weeks, months or years, up to 3 years.
4. 4Under "Channel Access", choose which channels the plan includes.

Channel access per plan lets you sell tiers: for example plan 1 with channel A, plan 2 with channel B, and a third plan with both. Drag plans to change their order.

Extra plans can only be added to pages with the "Subscription" pricing model. Plans have a name but no description text, so use the page Description to explain what each plan includes.

In the "Pricing" tab click the pencil icon on the plan, change the amount and click "Update Plan". The new price applies to new subscribers only. Existing subscribers keep paying their current price.

To move an existing member to the new price, they need to cancel and subscribe again. The billing period of a plan cannot be edited. Create a new plan instead.

In the "Pricing" tab click the trash icon on the plan and confirm "Archive Plan". Current subscribers on that plan are not affected. A page must always keep at least one plan, so the last plan cannot be removed.

This is set per page, not per plan. When you create a page you choose the pricing model: "Free", "Subscription" or "Single payment". A "Single payment" page charges once and the member is not removed automatically, which works as lifetime access.

One-time and recurring plans cannot be mixed on the same page, and the model cannot be changed afterwards. To offer both, create a second page with "Single payment" and connect the same Telegram channel.

The currency is chosen when the page is created and cannot be changed afterwards. Supported currencies are GBP, USD, EUR, JPY, AUD, CAD, CNY, NOK, SEK, DKK and BRL. To sell in another currency, create a new page.
