How to limit members or delete a page
Short answer
To cap a page, open "Manage" > "Customize" > "Limit Maximum Members". The limit is a cap on how many members the page can hold, not a switch that pauses sales. A page can only be deleted when it has no members left.
Limit the number of members
- Open "My Pages" and click "Manage" on your page.
- Open "Customize" and find "Limit Maximum Members".
- Enter the maximum number of members for the whole page and save.
When the page is full, the buy button is disabled and visitors see "There are no spots left for this page, check back later."
If you want to stop selling
There is no setting that pauses sales. The member limit is a capacity limit: while the page is full nobody can buy, but when a member leaves, a spot opens and the next visitor can buy again. The limit cannot be set below 1, so it cannot close a page that has no members.

Limits per pricing plan, waitlists and "notify me when a spot opens" are not available.
Delete a page
A page cannot be deleted while it still has members, including members who have cancelled but whose paid period has not ended yet. That is what "Delete Failed" or "This page has active members" means.
- Cancel the remaining members: Subscribers > Members > member > "Cancel Subscription" > "Cancel immediately". This removes the member right away, with no automatic refund.
- Wait up to 30 minutes for them to be removed.
- Open "My Pages" > "Manage" and click the red "Delete Page" button.
