How to change your page logo, colours and link
Short answer
Open "My Pages" > "Manage" > "Customize" to change Page Name, Contact Email, Description, Welcome Message, Brand Color and the logo, then click "Save All Changes". The page link cannot be changed from the dashboard: creator support does it for you.
Edit your page
- Open "My Pages" and click "Manage" on your page.
- Open "Customize".
- Change Page Name, Contact Email, Description, Welcome Message, Brand Color or the logo.
- Click "Save All Changes".
If the logo will not save
Logos can be PNG, JPG or SVG. If the logo does not save or does not update, the file is usually too large. Use a square image under 1 MB and try again. If it still fails, message creator support on Telegram.
Change your page link
The page link is chosen when the page is created and cannot be changed from the dashboard. Message creator support on Telegram with your current link and the one you want. It needs at least 4 characters and can use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
Link preview image
The preview shown when you share your link is generated automatically from your page name, description and logo. If it is blank or grey, make sure a logo is uploaded under "Customize". Telegram and other apps cache previews, so an updated preview can take a while to appear. A custom preview image cannot be uploaded.
Terms of sale and reviews
Under "Customize" you can fill in "Your Terms of Sale" with a link to your own terms. If you leave it empty, standard terms in your name are used.
To show reviews, open "My Pages" > "Manage" > "Reviews", publish the reviews you want to show, and switch on "Show reviews on page".
Not available today
The page language cannot be changed, tracking pixels such as a Meta pixel or Google Analytics cannot be added, and the page has a brand colour but no dark or black background theme.
