What does MyMembers support, and what does it not?

Short answer

MyMembers manages access to Telegram channels and groups only, and member payments run only through Stripe. Discord, WhatsApp, other payment providers, crypto and Telegram Stars are not supported.

Platforms and payments

MyMembers works with Telegram channels and groups, private or public. Discord and WhatsApp are not supported.

Member payments run only through Stripe, so a Stripe account in a supported country is required. PayPal, Paystack, Razorpay, Lemon Squeezy, Telegram Stars and crypto are not supported.

Not available today

Adding extra users or team members to a creator account, importing members by CSV from another service, and a public API are not available.

There is no broadcast or bulk email tool, no plan switch button for members, no waitlist, and no limit per pricing plan. The page language cannot be changed and tracking pixels cannot be added.

If you are migrating from another tool, message creator support on Telegram to discuss options. You can send feature requests there too.

Content that is not allowed

The MyMembers Acceptable Use Policy does not allow pornographic or sexually explicit content, and pages must also follow Stripe's restricted business rules. Pages that break the policy can be disabled. The policy is at https://mymembers.io/use-policy.

Referral program

Creators can refer other creators. Use the "Refer a Creator, Earn £250" banner on your dashboard and submit the referral. The reward applies once the referred creator has reached £3,000 in total sales, and the conditions are shown with the banner.

There is no affiliate program for your own members.
