How to find and manage a subscriber
Short answer
Open Subscribers > Members in the side menu, select your page and search by the email the member used at checkout. Click the member to see their subscription, next billing date, channels, links and payments, and to use the Actions list.
Find a member
- In the side menu open Subscribers > Members and select your page.
- Search by the member's checkout email. For Apple Pay it is their Apple ID email.
- Use the tabs to see Active, Free Period, Cancelling and Cancelled members.
- Click a member to open their details.
Send a new Telegram link
In the member's Channels table, use the copy icon to copy their current link, or click "Generate new link" to create a fresh one. The old link stops working. Send the link to the member.
Links are personal, single-use and tied to the first Telegram account that uses them, so generate a new link if the member switched Telegram account.
Update a member's email
Choose "Update Email" under Actions. The member then signs in with the new email.
Cancel, pause, resume or extend
"Cancel Subscription": choose "Cancel at the end of the current period" (the member keeps access until then) or "Cancel immediately" (the member is removed right away, with no automatic refund).
"Pause Subscription" and "Resume Subscription": pause billing for a number of days, or indefinitely with 0 days.
"Extend Subscription": add free days and push the next billing date back.
"Revert Cancellation": shown while a member is set to cancel. It undoes the cancellation so the subscription renews as normal.
To give several members free time at once, select them in the members list and use "Add Free Period".
Discounts and plan changes
"Apply Discount" gives one member a percentage off: "Forever", "Once" or "Multiple months". "Clear Discount" removes it.
There is no plan switch button. The member cancels their current plan under "My Orders" and subscribes to the new plan on your page. You can use "Extend Subscription" or "Apply Discount" to compensate for any overlap.
Get notified about new members and cancellations
Open "Options" in the side menu. For Telegram notifications, open the bot shown there and send the /connect command with your key, then refresh and switch on "New Member Signups" and "Member Cancellations". Email notifications are available for new member signups.
