How much does MyMembers cost, and how are fees charged?
Short answer
MyMembers charges a 5% platform fee on each payment you receive, with no monthly fee and no setup cost. Fees are not deducted from each sale: your members pay into your Stripe account, and you are invoiced once a month under "Invoices" in the side menu.
What you pay
The platform fee is 5% of the payments you receive. If Smart Recovery is enabled, revenue it recovers for you is charged at 20% instead. At high volume, a lower rate is agreed with you individually.
Stripe's own processing fees are separate and charged by Stripe. MyMembers fees are stated exclusive of VAT.
How invoicing works
- Your members pay directly into your own Stripe account.
- Once a month MyMembers invoices you for the platform fees for the previous month.
- You find the invoices under "Invoices" in the side menu, where you also add the card used to pay them.
- Invoices should be paid by the 10th of each month. The saved card is charged automatically.
Why an invoice went up
The invoice follows your sales: 5% of your ordinary revenue in the period, and 20% of the revenue recovered by Smart Recovery, which is charged at that rate instead of the 5% and shown with a "recovered" badge. If you have an individually agreed rate, that rate applies in place of the 5%. A higher invoice means more sales or more recovered subscribers that month.
If an invoice is unpaid
If an invoice stays unpaid, your pages are disabled and show "Owner must complete required actions to activate payments." until it is paid. Open "Invoices", check the saved card and pay the pending invoice.
Payouts
MyMembers never holds your money, so there is no MyMembers payout threshold. Payout timing and bank details are managed in your Stripe dashboard.
