What is Smart Recovery, and how do I turn it off?
Short answer
Smart Recovery tries to keep members who are about to leave: a member who clicks cancel is offered a discount, and members who have left receive up to three win-back emails with an offer. It is on by default, and you turn it off under "My Pages" > "Manage" > "Smart Recovery".
How it works
When a member clicks cancel, they are offered a discount before the cancellation goes through. Members who have already left receive up to three win-back emails with an offer. The offers are made in your name, within the limits you set.
What it costs
You only pay when it works: 20% of the revenue Smart Recovery recovers, instead of the normal 5%. Recovered revenue is shown on your monthly invoice with a "recovered" badge.
Change the settings or turn it off
- Open "My Pages" and click "Manage" on your page.
- Open "Smart Recovery".
- Turn it off, or set the maximum discount (10 to 50%) and how many months the discount may last (1 to 6).
Turning it off stops new campaigns. It does not change the fee for subscriptions already recovered.

Emailing your members yourself
There is no broadcast or bulk email tool. Active members are best reached in your Telegram channel. Cancelled members automatically receive win-back emails with a discount if Smart Recovery is enabled on the page.
